This case is for a single action style pistol with solid brass keyed lock and hinges. The original Colt cases had several different storage designs for the inside. They were designed as the one in the photo or it could have had compartments to hold all the accoutrements similar to the percussion style pistols.The inside of this case can be designed to however you want to display your gun.
