All items are shipped with Fedex or the U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise requested. All orders that contain glass or that are over $50.00 in value will be insured. We add the insurance coverage at no cost to you. If you receive your shipment and your purchase is damaged, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation. If you have any questions about shipping fees just give us a call and we'll be happy to give you a shipping cost for your order. Ohio residents please add 6.75%  for sales tax.
